How Your Donations Are Used

Every donation fuels our mission to make mental fitness the norm. Funds are directed across four key areas:

Programs & Community Impact
 

Developing and running mental fitness programs including community events, school and workplace initiatives, and skill-building workshops launching in 2026.

Awareness & Advocacy

 

Shifting the stigma around mental health by building awareness of mental fitness as a proactive, trainable capacity through campaigns, storytelling, and public education.

Administration & Operations

 

Covering the essentials that keep us accountable and effective: compliance, governance, systems, and volunteer coordination. These are the backbone that allow our programs to run smoothly.

Fundraising & Growth


Building the resources needed to sustain and scale our impact from events to partnerships to developing digital products that expand access to mental fitness tools.
