The Team

The Mental Fitness Collective is led by its founders and powered by 11 passionate volunteers who together contribute over 150 hours every week. Each person brings their own unique skills and perspectives, united by a belief that mental fitness is the missing piece in society and a commitment to help solve it.

Our team invests their time and energy not just because they care, but because they see the gap and believe in the mission. Together, we are building the foundations of a mentally fit world, and we welcome anyone who shares this vision to stand with us.
